We live on a pretty low budget, so a lot of ethical products are out of reach for us. It’s depressing, but it’s good to remember all the things we can do!
When I created this blog, my aim was to make it accessible to as many people as possible. I feel that a lot of environmentalism can be hard to access to people on a budget, and thanks to a suggestion by a friend, I’ve created this list of environmentally beneficial actions that shouldn’t burn a hole in your pocket. Keeping in mind that people’s budgets vary, I’ve attempted to divide ideas by price range, so you can find what’s affordable for you.
I have not included actions such as buying locally and seasonally, and switching to Green Energy, as costs differ from person to person. But please don’t let that put you off, in some cases, it can turn out cheaper.
